At Heavy Equipment Attachments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
